How do I contact support?

Visit the benefits homepage or log in page and click ‘Contact’ in the top right hand corner. Then fill out our contact form. Alternatively, email us at hello@bupployalty.com 

How do you register?

Visit the My School benefits website register page and create a free account with your email. https://myschoolbenefits.co.uk/ 

What happens if I am having trouble registering?

Check you or someone else hasn’t already registered before with that email address by attempting to log in or checking forgotten my password. If this is not the case please contact Bupp support at hello@bupployalty.com 

I’ve forgotten my password

Visit your schools benefits log in page and click ‘Forgotten your password?’ and you will receive an email confirmation.

How does My School Benefits work?

Your schools ‘My School Benefits’ site has a range of discounts and savings across all areas of your lifestyle. Once you have a membership you can make use of these as much as you like. Check out the steps below to start saving.

On the benefits homepage you’ll be able to browse categories like food & drink, travel and Monthly Specials. Click through the category you fancy and roam freely amongst the savings…

Once you’ve found a saving you’d like to claim you can read through the details where you’ll be given instructions on how to claim and then simply click the ‘claim’ button.

I’m having trouble redeeming an offer

Always double check the ‘how to claim’ and T&C’s sections on each offer for a step by step on how each offer works. If there are further issues contact support.

Can I delete my account?

You are free to delete your account at any time. Head to the ‘contact’ button in the top right hand corner of the benefits homepage and fill out the contact form and state ‘i want to delete my account’. 

Why am I getting emails or notifications?

These are used to tell you about new benefits, expiring offers, and account activity. You can manage your notifications by heading to the email you received and scrolling down to ‘unsubscribe’ and your preferences will be updated. 

Can I get a refund on a voucher?

Most vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable once issued, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the offer or on the partner website.

Do I have to pay for anything?

The website and membership is free, but some benefits such as discounted gift cards or experiences may require payment and shipping costs.

Do benefits expire?

Some offers and vouchers may have expiry dates. These are shown in the terms and conditions in the benefit description or on the partner website.
